★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben een vaste klant. Goede producten en service tot vandaag die Lien (aziatisch medewerker) die zat aan de kassa was super onbeleefd, ze reageerd brutal, ze was duidelijk druk maar dat is geen reden om klanten slecht te behandelen. Ik hoop deze ervaring nooit meer mogen te beleven.
I am a regular customer. Good products and service until today that Lien (Asian employee) who sat at the till was super rude, she reacted brutal, she was clearly busy but that is no reason to treat customers badly. I hope never to have this experience again.

De 2 oudere dames die in de winkel stonden konden geen cadeaubon aannemen en/of uitschrijven. Ze wisten niet hoe dit werkte en reageerde geïrriteerd dat ze hier niet aan gingen beginnen. We moesten maar naar Almere-Buiten, aldus de medewerkers.
Vol verbazing de winkel uitgelopen. Hier komen wij niet meer terug.
Badly helped last Tuesday.
The 2 older ladies who were in the store could not accept and / or deregister a gift voucher. They did not know how this worked and were irritated that they were not going to do this. We just had to go to Almere-Buiten, according to the employees.
Walked out of the store in amazement. We will not come back here.
