A	Asena Kiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange tijd geleden, een jaar ofzo, werd ik wel goed geholpen door vriendelijk personeel. Maar sinds kort is dit veranderd. Toen ik een product zocht werd er niet goed geholpen en was er nogal haast omdat ze met drie personen pauze willen houden en dus de winkel in die tijd sluiten. Waar slaat dat op? Je kunt toch een voor een pauze houden? Ze waren met 3 personen. Ik heb uiteindelijk het product niet kunnen kopen omdat ik niet precies wist welke ik moest hebben en dus advies nodig had. Ik ga echt niet een half uur buiten wachten omdat men gezellig met z'n allen een theekransje gaan houden. Kom op zeg. A long time ago, about a year or so, I was helped by friendly staff. But recently this has changed. When I was looking for a product, the help was not good and there was quite a rush because they want to have a break with three people and therefore close the store during that time. What is that all about? You can have a break one at a time, right? They were 3 people. In the end I was not able to buy the product because I didn't know exactly which one to get and therefore needed advice. I'm really not going to wait half an hour outside because people are all going to have a tea party together. Come on.

Geen voorraad meer in magazijn, uit coulance korting geven of bon om later nog op te halen, nee onmogelijk. Je hebt gewoon pech. Vrij stugge en klant onvriendelijke benadering Dan maar niets gekocht, kom hier ook niet meer terug. Snap ook niet dat ze open mogen in corona tijd want alleen maar cosmetische zooi en vrijwel geen drogisterij artikelen of hulpmiddelen Only 1 item on the shelf for which 1 + 1 applies for free. No more stock in the warehouse, giving a discount or coupon to pick up later, no impossible. You're just out of luck. Fairly stiff and customer unfriendly approach Then don't buy anything, don't come back here. Also do not understand that they can open in corona time because only cosmetic stuff and almost no drugstore items or aids

En als je ze iets vraagt kijken ze je niet aan en gaan door met vakken vullen. Laatste keer dat ik daar geweest ben. Bussum daarentegen was wel heel vriendelijk, zowel aan de telefoon als in de zaak... What a customer UNfriendly ladies in Hilversum. Too bad to walk with you for your product. And if you ask them something, they don't look at you and continue filling boxes. Last time I went there. Bussum, on the other hand, was very friendly, both on the phone and in the office...
L	Linda Schulp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag 3 minuten in de winkel geweest en heb de oudere dame die er werkt tegen 2 andere klanten (los van elkaar) horen uitvallen. Ik heb mijn spullen teruggelegd en heb de winkel verlaten, had geen zin om door haar geholpen te worden. Tegen de ene dame viel zij uit omdat ze haar niet goed verstond, omdat ze achter een scherm stond en te beroerd was om daar achter vandaan te komen. De andere dame vroeg om een product waarop ze de reactie kreeg 'zoek en gij zult vinden'. Ze pakte het product wel voor deze dame. Mevrouw vroeg of ze korting ook geld op dit product, nou dat had ze beter niet kunnen vragen want mevrouw ging direct tekeer. Dat ze er zo gek van wordt dat deze vraag 100x per dag gesteld wordt. Gelukkig reageerde de dame hier goed op door te zeggen; dan zal het wel niet goed aangegeven zijn als je die vraag zo vaak krijgt. Een aantal maanden geleden hoorde ik ook al een discussie met een klant en dat was exact dezelfde dame. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk, en herken haar gedrag ook in de recensies hieronder, enorm onbeschoft. Spent 3 minutes in the store today and heard the older lady who works there lash out at 2 other customers (separately). I put my stuff back and left the store, didn't feel like being helped by her. She lashed out at one lady because she didn't understand her well, because she was behind a screen and too bad to get out of it. The other lady asked for a product to which she got the response 'search and thou shalt find'. She did pick up the product for this lady. Madam asked if she also discounted money on this product, well she shouldn't have asked that because madam immediately raged. It drives her crazy that this question is asked 100 times a day. Fortunately, the lady responded well to this by saying; then it will not be well indicated if you get that question so often. A few months ago I also heard a discussion with a customer and that was the exact same lady. Totally not customer-friendly, and also recognize her behavior in the reviews below, extremely rude.

Deze bericht plaatsen ze niet op hun eigen site. De shampoo is niet meer wat het was. Je krijgt jeuk en droog haar van deze shampoo. Personnel is heel slecht ingewerkt ze doen als of ze niks weten terwijl je op hun site kan lezen hoe slecht deze shampoo is geworden. Hoofdkantoor is op de hoogte van deze slechte nieuwe shampoo. Geen aanrader deze shampoo u kunt de laaste reviews lezen op hun site I have now written a review 3 times about the garlic shampoo with the new recipe, which is very bad for your hair. They do not post this message on their own site. The shampoo isn't what it used to be. You get itchy and dry hair from this shampoo. Personnel is very poorly trained they act as if they know nothing while you can read on their site how bad this shampoo has become. HQ is aware of this bad new shampoo. Not recommended this shampoo you can read the latest reviews on their site

As of now I haven't got much but whatever I have got is really good. I tried hair oil and aloe Vera gel. It's good to apply in skin and seems natural.
