★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In deze vestiging van Holland en Barrett waan je je in de spreekkamer van de huisarts. Er wordt door de verkoopster zonder dat je daarom vraagt advies gegeven, wat op zich natuurlijk prima is, maar de vele persoonlijke vragen die ze daarbij stelt zijn veel te persoonlijk en heel erg ongepast zeker in de nabijheid van andere klanten. Als je dan aangeeft dat het wel erg ongemakkelijk wordt krijg je als antwoord dat ze die vragen wel MOET stellen om een goed advies te kunnen geven. De verkoopster denkt het goed te doen maar neemt haar rol veel te serieus en heeft totaal geen gevoel voor de privacy van de klant en wat je wel en zeker niet kunt vragen.
Het was voor mij een zeer gênante ervaring.
In this branch of Holland and Barrett you imagine yourself in the doctor's office. The salesperson gives advice without you asking, which is fine in itself, but the many personal questions she asks are far too personal and very inappropriate, especially in the vicinity of other customers. If you then indicate that it will be very uncomfortable, you will receive the answer that they MUST ask those questions in order to give good advice. The saleswoman thinks she is doing well, but takes her role far too seriously and has no feeling at all for the privacy of the customer and what you can and certainly cannot ask for.
It was a very embarrassing experience for me.
