★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 pakken zure en beschimmelde roomboter gekocht en dan het probleem afschuiven op de consument. Toch al heel veel roomboter gebruikt in ons leven. Maar dit hebben we nog nooit gehad. Dit merk koop ik dus absoluut niet meer. Zeker gezien de reactie van het bedrijf (na 4 weken nog niets vernomen) na nog een keer reclameren kreeg ik het antwoord dat de boter buiten de koeling heeft gelegen en dat door condensvorming schimmel is ontstaan??? En dat bij niet geopende verpakking op meerdere plaatsen op de boter. ook op een plaats waarbij in gesloten verpakking echt geen lucht en water bij kon komen.
Bought 2 packs of sour and moldy butter and then blame the problem on the consumer. Still used a lot of butter in our lives. But we've never had this before. I will definitely not buy this brand anymore. Certainly given the reaction of the company (after 4 weeks nothing was heard) after another complaint I got the answer that the butter has been outside the refrigerator and that condensation has formed mold ??? And that with unopened packaging in several places on the butter. also in a place where in closed packaging really no air and water could reach.
