★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I need an emergency appointment today and asked "Marleen Strategier" if someone cancels his/her owns, please replace me with them. Hopefully, she did well and found a free time slot. Also, the officer "Senthuran Appiah" was very helpful, and I finally got the sticker on my passport immediately, and he guided me on how I can change my wife's visa. I was really happy with their services. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, and I wanted to show my respect to them by writing this feedback!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service by the staff here. Everything was well organised and we didn't have to waste a second of our time here. We got our residence permits, bsn, city registration all done at the same appointment and it went really well. Staff is very friendly, polite and efficient. You can always contact them for any issues you are having here as an expat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally an expat center that pleasantly surprised me. They are very efficient and courteous but don't try to log in without an appointment ... they get quite abrupt and rude, you can understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How nice we have the expat center in town (I wished there was also in other big cites that I lived)! Plus, nowadays the expat center provides One-Stop-shop registering in the Netherlands service (BSN, permit etc.); back then I was struggling, without any Dutch language, to go throught it with the local city hall, so lucky for the expat now coming :) There was used to have a hub for expat, hope it'll come back again. Remember appointments only! Call beforehand as walk-ins are currently not welcomed?
