They just want to overcharge for the cleaning and inventory cost when you checkout from the apartment. Highly not recommended if you want to spend 300-500 euro when you checkout.

I rented an apartment from Den Bosch started on 19th of October 2018. I have faced several problems from the first date that I received the key till now. Still I am occupied because of the problems with the apartment. At first day one of the guy from holland2stay brought 2 keys for the apartment out door, one is not working. They could not find the second key of the apartment. That’s why they replaced the lock of the out door. But they did not change terrace door lock, then they changed the lock second time. The guy shows the apartment at first day told the apartment is clean as standard. But I showed that most of the places are not clean. While I was moving the apartment, I cannot iron becuase I realized that iron surface is burned and in addition drying rack is very dirty and it is not possible to put clean wet clothes on it. I sent pictures of drying rack upon their request. Moreover the apartment did not have any trash bin. After I requested, they provided two trash bin for toilet and kitchen. They brought missing items upon my request, but at this time they forgot to bring the lid of one of the trash bin. Vacuum cleaner did not have any dust bag inside. So I did not use it because there is not any dust bag for vacuum cleaner. Although there is not any dust bag, they said we do not provide bags for vacuum cleaner. So they said do it yourself. That’s why I could not use the vacuum cleaner at the first couple of days. And when I entirely moved in the apartment I realized that heating system is not working and the house was very cold at first a few days. A tech guy came but he cannot solve the problem and they require to come for the second day. So I had to get permission from my work two days. My last issue is that there is no coat rack in the house and they brought one of the coat rack which can be attached to the door. But the door is not suitable for the coat rack to attach. So they did not attach it and not left it. Then I informed about the problem with coat rack missing. Then I received a ridiculous information from them that the coat rack is not in the standard inventory for apartments. Although the problem could be solved by a coat stand at least, they send an email that they see my dissatisfaction and termination is an option. I terminated my previous apartment contract because of renting this apartment. Then I cleaned and begun staying in this apartment. So it is disrespectful to say termination is an option in order to solve the essential problems. Before renting a fully furnished apartments, the households should be checked, missing items should be provided and all machines and mechanical systems should be functional (not malfunctioned). But they do not provide the apartment without problems. I occupied with the problems even I have been staying since two weeks and they said they can terminate contract if I wish. This is not my first rental apartment in Netherlands. And I did not have this kind of issues before. When I rented my previous apartments, there was no missing items and machines and infrastructures were all fully functional. I am unpleasant with the service and their approach to the problems. EDIT: WE HAVE HEATING SYSTEM PROBLEM WHEN WE MOVE IN THE HOUSE. EVERBODY SAYS THAT WE WΔ°LL SOLVE THE PROLEM.UNTIL NOW NOBODY SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MAARTEEN, CARLIJN AND ZIVILE SAY THE SAME SENTENCES. THE SENTENCES IS "I DONT KNOW". WHEN I ASK WHO KNOWS AN THEN THE ANSWER IS THE SAME. I DONT KNOW. THEY ONLY TAKE OUR MONEY. IN THE EVENING EVERYBODY GOES THEIR HOT AND WARM HOUSE. PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWER WHY DO YOU TAKE OUR MONEY? WHY DID YOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE WE MOVED IN THE HOUSE.

I stayed with H2S for more than 2.5 years and it is really good for expats.. everything is arranged before move-in. Only thing is you need be more careful while taking apartment and identify every issue in first week.. else it won't consider as existing issue.. year end settlement bill was bit expensive. They don't provide everything month bill details and consumption information what we have consumed. That's really strange ... apartment from that I enjoyed of stay with H2S
