β β β β β In terms of my experience and I am currently living in the unit. It is the most efficient administrator I have seen in multiple countries where I lived. I had a blocked drain this morning and logged a ticket, they fixed it before 12 same day
Which is unheard of in many countries.
I didnβt get time to do the inventory check, they noticed on their own something was missing and sent it to me in the building.
Better than many other property administrators anywhere

Holland 2 stay team didn't check the inventory list before my check in and didn't do check in or out with me. And now they are telling me there is missing Iron and I need to pay for it + cleaning fees.
I didn't use even the Iron during my stay.I sent them many e-mails to check Iron in the TV bank but they are not responding! And they deduct the iron fees (24 Euro) from my deposit without proper investigation
Also cleaned the apartment and the stuff that I used... but asked me for cleaning fees and sent pictures , one of them for uncleaned cup I didn't touch them but it used by old tenant but the responsible employee didn't check anything before my check-in.. although it is ok to pay some of the cleaning fees but not 50 Euro as I cleaned the apartment.
