Terrible service and company ethics! Together with my girlfriend I tried to book an apartment at Holland2Stay Lee Towers which appeared available on their website. We are both young professionals, but only my girlfriend works in The Netherlands (I work in another EU country). After submitting the required documents, we received a reply in which it was stated that a Dutch work contract is required for both of us (???) The next moment our booking was already canceled. There is not a single mention of a mandatory DUTCH contract on their website! I find it utterly inappropriate to discriminate people based on nationality and to violate fundamental EU citizen rights. Especially when you promote yourself as international friendly! Moreover, if we knew the "Dutch contract" detail beforehand, maybe we wouldn't have paid the 200 eur booking fee and have the money blocked until they give it back (14 days). I wonder what the discrimination authorities have to say about this. Stay away from H2S.

Have moved out of this place a while ago. This place has definitely it's advantages but also serious downsides. + No need to buy own furniture + Short contracts + Close to city center +- 15 minutes by bike + Shopping street nearby, walking distance to Albert Heijn + Apartments are nice, with a bit if luck you have a great view over the city + Generally speaking, staff is friendly and willing to help. Tickets for small problems are quickly followed up upon and fixed. - Local staff does not seem to have power to change the bigger problems (I like to believe that they do not have given money/power by the mother company rather than not willing to change the issues below.). - Have been talking to longer living tenants. Complaints about elevators that don’t work (for more than 10 months now!!) you get an automated reply that 'they are talking to the elevator company to address the issue'. Therefore, do not be surprised if you need to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive on a busy day (not exaggerating here). - They randomly increase costs of standardized products in the house (router went from 25 euros value to 200 euros in value, so your depreciation costs will increase per year). - When I moved in, there was a restaurant where we could eat and it was promised to us during our viewing we could have dinners there. However, the new owner turned down the food service and rents it out weekly to organize parties which make it look like a night club. So, if you come home on Friday/Saturday night, expect in your hallway a line of people, waiting to enter the place which does not give you a nice feeling of coming home. Additionally, expect lot's of noise of the people of the party having a smoke and talk right under your window. Not to mention the mess that is left behind. I think it's ridiculous. - People leave their garbage everywhere, usually in the weekends you will find buckets of KFC, McDonalds and other in the elevators and where not. - You get kicked off the rooftop around 22:00/23:00 when you are just having a smoke alone ('the rooftop is closed'- I PAY FOR THIS PLACE?). - The best example of how they do not fix bigger complaints is a bunch of tenants is a room with a wooden plate in front of the window. The window of this room broke and H2S did not fix this for over 5 months now. These people were not compensated in any way and there is no sign of help on the way. Thus, they could not look outside of the window for months. - The rental price is not the price you pay, they are happy to charge you hundreds of euro's extra for 'service costs' whatever that may include. I understand that costs can be higher, but it would be fair to give the tenants a reasonable costs expectation instead of charging hundreds of euro's at the end of the year. - People sneaking in and living in the hallways. There have been security issues with non-tenants sneaking in into the building and living in the storage areas who leave garbage around and no actions seem to be undertaken to really do something about it. - Suggestion: stop heating the big entrance hall - the door is constantly open and the costs for heating the entrance hall are enormous (and nobody cares if the entrance hall is heated). Save us some money and the save the environment at the same time. FINAL CONCLUSION: The place is nice but has serious issues that should be looked at by the management (but that just does not seem to improve). If they would take better care of the above problems this place is definitely a great option to stay.

I had a terrible experience with this company. At the end of rental period I arranged a pre-checkout, that I was present. At that time nothing was related. After that they arranged a checkout without me and charged me more than 200€. I tried many times to contact them but they made it everything to keep the charges. I advise you to take photos in the beginning and at the end of rental contract. This are the photos of the cleaning charges.

Terrible experience living at the Lee Towers. Customer service is beyond horrible. They are unreachable most of the time and unhelpful when you do manage to reach them. They returned only 20% of the deposit money with no justification. Stayed there for a year. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go through that. Also while I lived there faced many issues like lift not working or wifi crashing almost on a weekly basis.

Quite disappointing. Although flats look nice on first glance, I wouldn’t recommend. Poor heating system, elevators often malfunctioning, false fire alarms very regularly, homeless people sleeping in communal areas (even using it as toilet!), very slow response to requests, repairs in communal areas hardly ever done. The longer you stay, the harder you are annoyed.

Biggest rip off of my life! They added items to the inventory that I never ever had, a side table of 90 euros. I have pictures of the day I entered which proofs what was there and they didnt care. Also good luck sleeping in the building with the fake walls and noisy neighboors, seeing the garbage in staircases fot days along with cups of pee... negative starts thats what I would give! They use the expats that just arrive to the country to rip them off!

After one year living in Lee Towers: 1. There are homelesses people leaving in the storage room and staff team does nothing to solve the problem. 2. Check out process is really bad. They charge you for everything that was already existent in the apartment when you checked in. They say that with the money they are discounting from your deposit they will fix but they do not fix and charge from the next tenant, meaning they are making profits on your refund and they do not solve the damage you or the previous tenant caused to the apartment. 3. Forget about your packages / mailboxes, everything gets lost in lee towers. 4. Random and very strange people enter the building. This is the only place I did not feel safe in Netherlands.
