Lack of information, lot of misunderstandings due to the different informations that is given.The place is a mess. Lack of hospitality and care with the client. Cleaning is awful but is the only option for your first month until get all the documents to rent a place.

The House keeping is once a week, Refill of the things like detergent are also once a week, even it is a few. If u have some problems at night, There is no reception desk to contact it. so you have to call to the emergency number of opposite apt. Which isnt very quick. I want to use the washing machine in the weekend but not enough charges in machine card so you have to pay your self by borrowing which isnt refunded. If u planning to stay more than 7 days, choose another hotel as well. Especially not in weekend. THERE IS NO RECEPTIONS TO CHECK IN.
Y	Yasin Yildirim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experience in my life. I stayed there for 3 months. Eventually I canceled my contract earlier because it was unbearable. The apartments are really small and old, and there are a lot of bugs (especially silverfish) in everywere. They are really negligent and they have very bad service. Really if you don't want to spent your time with a place with full of bugs, stay away from this place! They also fined me of 500 euros since I wanted to cancel my contract. Also during the checkout they also charged me A LOT for cleaning and other stupid things, even though my apartment were clean already (I hiredccelannigvlady fro cleaning my apartment before checkout). So in short, this place is just GARBAGE!

However, it was written that we would get free access to the gym, laundry and housekeeping for bedsheets and towels. It was not the case and we were quite disappointed. We asked for the gym, they said it was closed due to covid: it was not the case since we were able to get a paid membership separately. We asked for the laudry, they said it was not included in our contract (while it was clearly written on our welcoming documents in the apartment) and same for the housekeeping. A lot of promised services that are apparently difficult to obtain...
L	Luis Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. I wanted to rent an apartment, in Victoria Park, "€ 1,085.00 p/month €35 per night, minimum 14 days". I needed only about 16 days. First I had to register, 26 euros. Second, I tried to book, and it gives me only an option of a penthouse for €60 per night. No €35. And all the other apartments that Holland2Stay offers are for minimum 6 months. I just lost 26 euros for nothing.
