β β β β β The only answer I receive every single time is: "Unfortunatly we still are not able to find out what it is we can help you with. Can you please clarify this?" This is pathetic. They should dissapear. Unfortunately, OTTO or Tempo-Team are using their services.

β β β β β Never buy insurance from them they have staff that never care about your money..they didn't notice me that my insurance has been cancelled but they were deducting money from my account and took back the half money after 9 month...

β β β β β I work in Nederlands and live in Germany. Everything was ok but one day they send document E108 to Germany that say I don't have my police anymore. When I asked what's going on they send me my police and told that everything is ok so now I don't know what to do and have many problems :D

β β β β β They are refusing to pay for my medical bill because they are illegally requesting unnecessary private information from my care provider. They are slow to respond and I constantly have to chase them to get a response. Letters they send are mysteriously lost in the post. I'm now being threatened with late fees because they are not providing me with health insurance.

β β β β β HollandZorg has unabled me in working anywhere and for anyone legally and has also unabled me in asking for payed absenteeism or even ability and luxury to get sick and not lose my job for it, all because of a 'bug in their system' where I am still insured by my ex employer, damaging my future and legal right to work and have healthcare and health protection at my work. They also sent me illegal documents for my new employer as if they cancelled the policy, although they just made it 'inactive' so there is no request for further payment as if I would never discover that fact; while it has been confirmed by employer who tried to apply new insurance that I am still insured under the name of ex employer without my knowledge and that documets I have delivered them are not valid.Unprofessional, irresponsible and absent-minded employees have been convicing me now for 40 days that they don't know how to fix a system problem while I am not able to earn money and continue legally earning throughout whole europe.I hope someone will get the chance to close this so-called insurance company and I am open to help with all the document I have from them.

β β β β β Bad service, if I have looked this reviews before I would not have applied. It is more than three months waiting for be able to login for the first time in their system and we can't. Weeks for receive an answer and no support from their it team till now. Really frustrating.
