Didn't like the selection of the devices up to the advice. We had the feeling that they really wanted to force a product on us.

I wanted advice and an offer over the phone; I thought it wouldn't make sense on the phone. The competitors from Xanten and Goch got it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte telefonische Beratung +Angebot, schien aber wohl keine Lust zu haben, meinte würde telefonisch keinen Sinn machen. Komisch, Marktbegleiter aus Goch und Xanten hatten damit kein Problem und haben gute Angebote gemacht.
Wanted advice + offer over the phone, but didn't seem to feel like it, said the phone would make no sense. Funny, market competitors from Goch and Xanten had no problem with this and made good offers.
