★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy from Homekeur did an amazingly detailed report of a huge number of aspects of the flat I was buying. Dozens of pages, accompanied by the relevant photos (very handy). There was even a long list of the probable cost of putting right each of the defects, subdivided into the repairs that needed to be done within 1 year, and those that were needed within 5 years. To be honest, it was far more than I was expecting, yet the price was extremely reasonable and the report was sent to me very quickly. Top marks all round! A report like this can also be used to show other members of the Vereniging van Eigenaren (the owners of the other flats in the building) what needs to be put right and when. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this company or their technical expertise at any cost, we went ahead trusted them and it costed us a fortune.
Basic things like check crawling space was not done, later after moving in the house we realised that the complete house has sufficient crawling space.
There was seepage , me and wife kept pointing to him that this seems to be seepage, the guy said it was like May be some body opened a bottle of coke, (we have dripping water in the house now) and it seems it was not coke bit seepage only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Homekeur was very very positive. My husband and I are expats, from Canada and purchasing a home in the Netherlands. The home inspection we received was both to help us to get a timestamp of the status of the house we purchase, but also to inform my husband and I on how to maintain a house in the Netherlands, as the requirements here are very different then where I am from. Our inspector was very thorough and really took his time explaining to us at each step thoroughly answering our questions, and pointing out things in the house that will require regular maintenance in the future. This was an extermely valuable experience for us as new homeowner in the Netherlands.
