Als je als gemeente in deze tijd waar grond kostbaar is niks beters kunt verzinnen dan een hondenplaats is dat best betreurenswaardig.
Lousy dog place destination. This is located on the edge of a residential area from the 1980s. There used to be a primary school at this location.
If you, as a municipality in this time where land is precious, can come up with nothing better than a dog place, that is quite regrettable.
