De functie van destijds was van de site verdwenen, maar binnen een dag had ik reactie van de eigenaar. Twee dagen later kreeg ik een appje ter herinnering en als dubbel check dat de mail niet in de spam beland was. Mijn vraag via WhatsApp verder afgehandeld en de dag erna de penning al op de mat. Net zo mooi als de eerste keer! Super service, super prijs, super product! En ook nog eens leuk verpakt.
Ordered a medal 1.5 years ago, it was beautiful. However, needed a new one due to changed information. The function of the time had disappeared from the site, but within a day I had a response from the owner. Two days later I received an app as a reminder and as a double check that the email had not ended up in spam. My question was further dealt with via WhatsApp and the medal was already on the mat the day after. Just as beautiful as the first time! Great service, great price, great product! And also nicely packaged.
