Daar waar menig bewindvoerder betuttelt en de leefbaarheid van de cliënt ernstig verstoort kiest Marko ervoor om (binnen de perken) de leefbaarheid van de cliënt zo goed mogelijk te houden. Ook Gemma en Ronald zijn zeer vriendelijk in hun bejegening en in de omgang. Als ik een afspraak heb op kantoor staat de koffie altijd klaar.
