Centraal binnen het gebouw van The Concourse ligt de binnentuin. Een binnentuin die uitnodigt om naar buiten te gaan. Fleurige bloemen, prachtige planten en bomen en diverse grassoorten. Bewoners en bezoekers maken hier gemakkelijk contact met elkaar onder het genot van een kop koffie of een goed glas wijn. Op de randen van de binnentuin kunt u heerlijk zitten.
