★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crazy expensive at 0.50 € for just 7 minutes! (more than 4.5€ an hour!). Parking does not get cheaper if you stay longer and no overnight deals!
No prices are put outside, at the entrance!
Once you enter, it is impossible to exit without finding a parking spot, going to the ticket machine, and paying 50 cents (probably 1 € as more than 7 minutes would have passed by then!)
The facilities and security are above average, however far from great, and below the standard thst was expected for such an expensive parking.
I suggest parking at the Paardenveld parking, which is just 4 minutes walk from this “parking”, and it is only 2.80€ per 65 minutes, and offers deals if you wish to park for longer. Security is much better, and services are about the same.
The Paardenveld parking offers about the best price to distance ratio in Utrecht, however you could always park further from the city for a better price and use public transportations.
Stay away from the Hoog Catharijne parking, if you value your money and the valuables inside your car. Probably the worst parking in Utrecht and one of the worst I have ever been to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious. I paid for the experience of being broken into. And from the look of the glass splashed around on the floor. It wasn't the first time in recent days/hours! The most expensive Car park in the country at 50cent every 10 minutes. No cameras in the right places. No staff on the premises. Security doors to the shopping centre open. I would not recommend taking the chance of parking in this rather expensive space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to expensive if you book by webapp, but got incident with broken glass... there are no cameras so it happens to people from time to time. Strange that got expensive tarification system but can't spend any money even for someone who gonna walk around one per couple hours...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the parking is great and the price quite attractive compared to street parking. However the security of the parking is questionable. I parked my car there on a Friday evening and when I came back my car was broken and valuables were missing from the trunk. The parking has cameras but no security personnel is there. And video footage can only be shared to the police. Of course the police won’t pay attention to such small crimes and criminals know that well. So be careful ?
