★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for some quick shopping. Small supermarket but a large variety of products, cheaper than Albert Heijn. Staff is sometimes wonderful and sometimes borderline racist, but the latter is thankfully rare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire summer Hoogvliet was the best supermarket for its amazing staff! Always went there for its customer friendly and extremely helpful staff. A true gem! Until today when the cash attendant refused speaking in English with me. What a bigotry! Dear Hoogvliet, this is the centre of The Hague with many international organizations around. This was a misrespectful behavior when I approached her politely asking to kindly speak in English. Besides that she acted as a diva, started immediately cleaning her hands after touching the products, looking disgusted at them. Where is your amazing staff from this summer? Please return them back! Never back again until you have such rude people working in your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is good and the price is not so different from the other big markets. But I was disappointed to see that there's no self-checkout. We went around lunch time on a Saturday, so the lines were pretty big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good convenience store. One of the best in the area. Spacious, well stocked, lots of choice. The only thing that could be improved is if it was possible to scan your own groceries and then pay at a terminal. They used to have that a few years ago, but inexplicably changed it back so that you still have to wait in line at the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are very good and the store is clean and organised. The personnel is good and mostly kind. They help me in English and I value it. Just one thing that I see sometimes is that they mix up the price tags and it has happened a few times that I went to pay for something and realised the price in the cash register was not the same of the price tag in the shelves. This is a bit uncomfortable because one cannot be checking the price of all items to make sure they are not mistaken, it creates a bit of distrust. I hope they can put the focus on fixing this.
