β β β β β Veel soorten producten, maar de voorraad is beperkt. Regelmatig lege schappen, ook van standaard/dagelijkse producten en/of aanbiedingen. Of je hebt net geluk en pakt het laatste product.
Aanbiedingen worden slecht weergegeven: je moet vooraf zelf weten welk merk/type/hoeveelheid in de aanbieding is, want een een aanbiedingsbordje bij het product in het schap ontbreekt vaak. Alleen op de kop van de schappen staan aanbiedingen beschreven, niet op de reguliere plaats waar de producten liggen.
 Many types of products, but stock is limited. Regularly empty shelves, also of standard/daily products and/or offers. Or you are just lucky and get the last product.
Offers are poorly displayed: you have to know in advance which brand/type/quantity is on offer, because an offer sign with the product on the shelf is often missing. Offers are only described on the top of the shelves, not in the regular place where the products are located.

β β β β β Zoals altijd problemen met de kassabon. Dus zoals altijd naar de βserviceβbalie.
Ik had 2 potten hazelnootpasta. Op het schap had ik een prijs van β¬ 1,44 gezien, maar op mijn kassabon staat β¬ 1,79. Dan gaat er iemand kijken en die komt terug met de melding dat β¬ 1,44 voor de potten met een inhoud van 600 gram is. En ik had potten met een inhoud van 750 gram. βGeef me dan maar 2 potten met een inhoud van 600 gram, dan is het opgelostβ zei ik. βDie hebben we nietβ, was het antwoord. Dat is dus wat Hoogvliet doet, een kaartje maken met de prijs voor 600 gram en daar potten met 750 gram neerzetten en zich dan er achter verschuilen dat ik de verkeerde potten gepakt heb. Heel gemeen gewiekst.
Maar dat was het nog niet.
Ik had 2 potjes Belgische mayonaise. Een actieartikel. Op mijn bon staat ook netjes β¬ 0,45 korting. Dat is mooi. Maar minder mooi is dat op het schap een prijs staat van β¬ 0,74 en op mijn kassabon β¬ 0,89. Omdat ik al korting had gekregen werd er niets aan de foute prijs gedaan. Hoogvliet geeft dus β¬ 0,45 korting en door een verkeerde prijs bij de kassa wordt er heel slinks β¬ 0,30 van teruggepakt. Heel gemeen gewiekst.
Die prijs van de mayonaise heeft al heel variaties gekend, maar nog nooit de juiste (zie foto's).
Er worden zo, dit is bij mij al tientallen keren voorgevallen, mensen voor de gek gehouden bij Hoogvliet.
Mensen wordt slim en laat Hoogvliet links liggen.
As always, receipt issues. So as always to the βserviceβ desk.
I had 2 jars of hazelnut spread. On the shelf I had seen a price of $ 1.44, but my receipt says $ 1.79. Then someone takes a look and returns with the message that β¬ 1.44 is for the jars with a capacity of 600 grams. And I had pots with a capacity of 750 grams. "Then give me 2 pots with a capacity of 600 grams, then it will be solved" I said. βWe don't have oneβ, was the answer. That is what Hoogvliet does, make a ticket with the price for 600 grams and put pots with 750 grams there and then hide behind the fact that I have taken the wrong pots. Very meanly crafty.
But it wasn't that yet.
I had 2 jars of Belgian mayonnaise. An action item. My voucher also shows a neat β¬ 0.45 discount. That is beautiful. But less good is that on the shelf is a price of β¬ 0.74 and on my receipt β¬ 0.89. Because I had already received a discount, nothing was done about the wrong price. Hoogvliet therefore gives a β¬ 0.45 discount and a wrong price at the checkout means that β¬ 0.30 is taken back very deviously. Very mean-witted.
The price of the mayonnaise has already seen many variations, but never the correct one (see photos).
So, this has happened to me dozens of times, people are fooled at Hoogvliet.
People become smart and ignore Hoogvliet.

β β β β β Covid zelftest gekocht. Gebruiksaanwijzing in Duits, Tjechisch en Italiaans!?! Zelfs niet in Engels. Kassamedewerkers zitten consequent met hun mondmasker onder de neus of zelfs onder de kin. Dan kun je 'm dus net zo goed niet dragen. Overigens grijp ik hier vaak mis op aanbiedingen, als ik de reviews zo lees ben ik niet de enige. De slogan 'bewezen goedkoper' is onterecht, Nettorama is veel goedkoper.
Covid self test bought. User manual in German, Czech and Italian!?! Not even in English. Cashiers consistently sit with their mouth mask under the nose or even under the chin. Then you might as well not wear it. Incidentally, I often miss out on offers here, if I read the reviews like this I'm not the only one. The slogan 'proven cheaper' is wrong, Nettorama is much cheaper.
