Na bestelling ontvangen te hebben is een maand later de kolen brander kapot gegaan. Volgens Wookah Supply zat dit niet in de garantie. Wel kon ik een nieuwe krijgen, zou mij alleen de verzendkosten kosten, na de vraag hoeveel de verzendkosten dan zijn heb ik niks meer vernomen. Dit is onderhand anderhalve maand geleden! Zeer slechte service dus. Ik haal hier niet weer. Nice folk there, but they keep everything waiting. I had to go after my own order because it was not shipped. After receiving the order, the coal burner broke down a month later. According to Wookah Supply, this was not in the warranty. I could get a new one, it would only cost me the shipping costs, after the question how much the shipping costs are, I have not heard anything more. This is now a month and a half ago! Very bad service. I will not make it here again.

Telefonisch contact gezocht of ik even een mail wilde sturen, uiteraard gedaan. Geen reactie, 2de mail gestuurd geen reactie. Dus pas op wat je hier besteld gebeurd dus vaker zie iets oudere reviews Worthless company, placed an order via webshop, did not receive the correct items. Contacted me by phone if I wanted to send an email, of course I did. No response, 2nd email sent no response. So be careful what you order happens here so see older reviews more often

Dezelfde dag als dat ik besteld had, werd ik gebeld en kreeg via whatsapp fotos met voorradige alternatieven gestuurd. Die keuze werd dezelfde dag bij postnl aangeboden ter verzending. The water pipe I ordered could not be delivered at the time. The same day that I ordered, I was called and sent via WhatsApp photos with available alternatives. That choice was presented to PostNL for shipment the same day.
