Had na 1,5jaar een kapotte BOA sluiting op een bontrager schoen. levertijd vanuit BOA/Bontrager was erg lang(+1,5mnd) waarop ze me supersnel een setje gaven van een ander paar schoenen. Very neat shop. You can buy affordable cycling gear there. Service I have encountered is also excellent. Had a broken BOA closure on a bontrager shoe after 1.5 years. delivery time from BOA/Bontrager was very long (+1.5 months) after which they gave me a set of another pair of shoes super fast.
p	paul roosen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De winkel leren kennen via familie. Was op zoek naar een nieuwe Trek maar nergens bij ons te vinden en bestellen was een jaar wachten. Navraag gedaan bij Hopmans via de website en de dag nadien al reactie dat er een binnen was. Kon die telefonisch reserveren en kreeg dan ook de prijs mee die bijzonder goed was. De fiets deze week gaan bekijken en ze brachten hem direct in orde zodat ik hem ook meteen kon mee nemen. Heel vriendelijke mensen en heel behulpzaam. De winkel is voor mij wat ver (uurtje rijden) maar de keuze en de prijzen maken het de moeite waard. Geen 5 sterren omdat de bij afstelling van de fiets wat foutjes waren. Is deze week in orde gebracht maar zou eigenlijk van de eerste keer goed moeten zijn. Getting to know the store through family. Was looking for a new Trek but nowhere to be found with us and ordering was a year of waiting. Inquired at Hopmans via the website and the next day a response that there was one. Was able to book it by phone and got the price that was very good. Went to see the bike this week and they immediately fixed it up so I could take it with me right away. Very friendly people and very helpful. The shop is a bit far for me (an hour's drive) but the choice and the prices make it worth it. Not 5 stars because the adjustment of the bike were some mistakes. Fixed this week but should actually be good the first time.

Kortom topzaak!! Johan. This is a true candy store for cyclists who love the real stuff. Beautiful cycling clothing and beautiful parts, wheels, etc. Besides that, it is also all nicely priced. Also a compliment to all the staff at Hopmans they are professional and friendly with good explanations . In short, top business!! Johan.
