Helaas is bij veel horeca bedrijven service de laatste tijd ver te zoeken, maar bij dit bedrijf wordt je professioneel geholpen.
Ik heb ze gebeld en vroeg naar de voorraad van meerdere koelingen en een vriezer, ik had ze alleen wel direct de volgende werkdag nodig.
Dit was geen probleem! De volgende werkdag kwamen ze het zelf en netjes op de afgesproken tijd bezorgen, ze plaatsten het materiaal ook waar wij wilden en namen de troep netjes mee.

Unfortunately, service is hard to find at many catering companies lately, but at this company you will be helped professionally.
I called them and asked about the stock of several coolers and a freezer, I just needed them the next working day.
This was no problem! The next working day they delivered it themselves and neatly at the agreed time, they also placed the material where we wanted and took the pack neatly with them.

β β β β β Ook wij hebben vandaag mogen genieten van de snelle en goede service van Horeca place!
Onze friteuse ging vandaag plotsing stuk, hij was al oud en goed gebruikt. Ik belde een aantal leveranciers in de regio Rotterdam jammer genoeg had geen één bedrijf de friteuse wat wij wilden op voorraad het zou zelfs tot vier werkdagen kunnen duren. Uiteindelijk met Horeca place gebeld, zij hadden wel een soort gelijk model op voorraad, en die konden ze in de middag nog leveren! Wij zijn jullie enorm dankbaar, goeie communicatie en snel handelen. Ook de chauffeur was erg vriendelijk en lief. Ik plaatst deze review dan ook met liefde, mijn man ik zullen hopelijk nog vele jaren met onze nieuwe Diamond friteuse door kunnen gaan.

Our deep fryer suddenly broke down today, it was already old and well used. I called a number of suppliers in the Rotterdam region, unfortunately no one company had what we wanted in stock, it could even take up to four working days. Eventually called Horeca place, they did have a similar model in stock, and they could deliver it in the afternoon! We are very grateful to you, good communication and quick action. The driver was also very friendly and sweet. I therefore place this review with love, my husband I will hopefully be able to continue with our new Diamond fryer for many years to come.
