I have placed an order with them that never got delivered but my moeny has been taken. In the meantime they have annouced that they are illiquid. At the same time I received an email that it has been taken over and that they will start again. But my order will still not be delivered or my money returned. Personally I wish I could go to the Police and report them for stealing money from people because I am not the only that has had this issue in the last 2 months. They must have known that this was coming and they kept their website open for orders to take money from people without delivery. It's a scam!

HorecaWorld is a good place to order equipment from. Times for shipment are fine. Their customer service can be very disappointing. They don't seem to show too much interest to understand your needs, guide you or give you recommendations. One time, for example, I discussed a delivery on several emails and we came to the agreement that they will inform when they have the 3 friedges we payed for ready for shipment. After that I would give the green lights to the shipment and plan accordingly to receive them (to what they expressively agreed) A week or two after I got an unexpected SMS from the POST that a Cargo shipment was all of the sudden on their way!!! When I call them to check what was going on, there were no apologies of any sort, only a confirmation "they are about to be delivered". Really crazy stuff

Don't do business with them, products were available at the order, but it's been delivered 2 weeks later. When it's about the payments, you take the money instantly,l. When you place a big order, the product come one by one, it's ridiculous. Customer service unreachable, when you ask for the tracking of your order, they don't know anything and put the blame to the transporter. So guys, don't make any promise you can't keep, we are doing business, and time is money. If you can't deliver in time, just be honest with your clients. Now still waiting for a product I ordered 2weeks ago and I got the feeling to be tricked. I won't recommend them to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience with Horeca world while starting my restaurant but BE AWARE they like you as long as you want to buy something from them. If you have something to repair or replace - forget it. You will never get it done. My blender motor was broken few months ago. It is in guarantee so I raised a repair request via their website. I had to send blender with my own cost to there store in reference to the online request. It's two and half month now, I am still calling them, sending emails and I haven't heard any response from them. Every time their colleague at the customer help desk tells me that I will be called by the repair department but no one actually contacts you. They have no way to contact repair department and customer help desk can't share any information to you. Also there is no escalation point!! I will never buy anything from them again.

Just bough a refrigerator for our business. We did not seem to find the button for the lights and thought it was broken. Their customer service responded very quickly and called us first. Then emailed us with the solution on where to find the button. I found Horeca World very professional and would definitely order from them again!

Worst experience ever, most unhelpful customer service ever with the no compassion or empathy. Waited 3 months for my order without so much as an apology and got THE WRONG OVEN. Even have to pay for the returns…

Worst service ever! Bought an oven with a delivery time of 2-4 days. After 2,5 month it finally arrived. Specifications of the oven are different than the website said!!
