een klantgerichte en professioneel/technische benadering. We zijn nog niet klaar maar dit wil ik vast even kwijt. Petje af!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne ervaring! Medewerkers hebben goed met mij meegedacht over de gehoorbescherming die passend zou zijn voor het gebruik, in mijn geval voor op de motor.
Bij het ophalen van de doppen bleek de winkel dicht, dit was plots dus stond ook niet op de website vermeld. Gevraagd of ze het pakketje op wilde sturen, dit ging zonder pardon. Heel netjes opgelost dus ;)
Tevens zeer tevreden over het product!
Very nice experience! Employees thought along with me about the hearing protection that would be suitable for use, in my case for the motorcycle.
When picking up the caps, the store turned out to be closed, so this was suddenly not mentioned on the website. Asked if she wanted to send the package, this went without mercy. Very neatly solved ;)
Also very satisfied with the product!

Ben er van overtuigd dat zij hier passende nieuwe hoor toestellen gaat vinden, en hoe passend dat de audicien bijzonder duidelijk en goed articulerend haar van alles op de hoogte bracht. Horend Goed, beter voor je oortjes! Klasse verloochent zich niet!
