Ik had bij Tom B.V. laarzen besteld. Binnen een maand viel de binnenkant van mijn drukknoopje eraf. Dit probleem had ik zowel naar Horka als Tom B.V gemaild inclusief deze foto. Helaas ontvangen zij geen consumenten. Dus moest ik mijn laarzen terugsturen naar Tom B.V. in Bladel zodat dit bedrijf het wéér door kan sturen naar Horka in Zwolle ....Horka zal dan beoordelen of dit "binnen de garantie" valt.......erg jammer dit. #klantonvriendelijk Tom B.V. daarentegen reageerde heel klantvriendelijk en stuurde mij direct een nieuw paar toe. Horka probably doesn't know that commercial of that "Purple Crocodile" (yet) .... Horka is not yet 10 minutes from my house in Zwolle. At Tom B.V. boots ordered. Within a month, the inside of my popper fell off. I had emailed this problem to both Horka and Tom B.V including this photo. Unfortunately they do not receive consumers. So I had to send my boots back to Tom B.V. in Bladel so that this company can send it back to Horka in Zwolle .... Horka will then assess whether this is "within the warranty" ....... very unfortunate this. #customer unfriendly Tom B.V. on the other hand, responded very customer-friendly and immediately sent me a new pair.
