I am sure that Hornbach randomly gives their uniforms to people that are just happened to be in the store, as they are totally uninformed about their products or where their products are. Usually employees try to escape or they will "go to find their colleague" (and never return) or they will simply direct you to a deserted Info point so you can wait undefinitelly (probably until store closes - please note that this is just an assumption as I haven't checked this). Anyways, horrible experience and a huge waste of time. Will not do this to myself again, but will rather finish everything smoothly and quickly in a more customer-friendly store.

Montage and assembly as well as demolition of previous kitchen of bath can be arranged. 6-10 week lead time for delivery. Set up an appointment in store first to look at materials. They then come to your house to measure everything. Very basic to high end, all German materials. Just finished my renovation for the kitchen. I used Hornbach. The price was right but don’t expect great service. Measurements were incorrect and the counter top was too short. The mistake was blamed on a crooked wall but it was not the wall but the 5 cm short measurement. The installer tried to walk away with the plug for my induction stove and I had to insist that he leave it. Installation without saving the product model numbers for registration of the guarantees. Overall no attention to detail. Customer Service sent my builder the wrong set of plans so he only made one water connection rather than three. No attention to detail, no accuracy, no interest in keeping customers happy. Take the money and run, Hornbach.

On 20th January 2022 ,I bought online some tiles,once at the shop they required me face mask just for get the stuff that I order online although was not mention at the online orders. Some of the workers of the shop didn't wear face mask and the majority of them wear it not correctly only on the mouth. I cancelled the orders,they will give money back in 2 weeks!!!! Very bad experince,hypocrite shop
