De combinatie met paardencoaching en mindfulness is een topper. Gitta zorgt ervoor dat je weer even gereset bent. Dit alles in een prachtige omgeving. Het was een waardevolle middag ! Jij geeft een energie/emotie af en het paard reageert daarop. Heel confronterend en tegelijk ook bevrijdend. Ik vind de oefeningen die ik gedaan heb heel behulpzaam en bepaalde oefeningen gebruik ik nu nog steeds. Dankjewel Noortje dat ik dit heb kunnen doen! Het heeft stof tot nadenken gebracht. Horse coaching has helped me to see where I am now in my life. The horses give an honest picture that you cannot ignore. You give off an energy/emotion and the horse responds to it. Very confronting and liberating at the same time. I find the exercises I have done very helpful and certain exercises I still use today. Thank you Noortje for letting me do this! It has given food for thought.
