Bij verhuizing naar Tilburg gekozen voor Horus Huisartsenzorg. Wat een opeenstapeling aan onkunde. Ten eerste heb ik nooit een vaste huisarts gehad. Je bent slechts een nummer. Daarbij komt ook dat het maken van een afspraak onmogelijk is. Zelfs wanneer ik op verzoek van de dokter na een bepaalde test een nieuwe afspraak moest maken, kon dit niet van tevoren geregeld worden. Ik moest maar bellen op de dag dat de dokter aanwezig is tussen 8.00 en 8.30. Dit zorgt er mede voor dat ik nu al WEKEN met dezelfde klachten loop en ik elke keer weer dagen/werken moet wachten tot de volgende stap genomen kan worden. Snel handelen is er bij deze praktijk niet bij. Nu ze ook nog eens de praktijk aan het verbouwen zijn, dit een grote bouwput is en je door de bouwgeluiden je dokter amper nog kan verstaan is voor mij de maat vol. Slechtste klantenservice ooit.
When moving to Tilburg opted for Horus Huisartsenzorg. What an accumulation of ignorance. First, I have never had a regular GP. You are only a number. In addition, making an appointment is impossible. Even if I had to make a new appointment at the doctor's request after a certain test, this could not be arranged in advance. I only had to call the day the doctor is present between 8:00 and 8:30. This also ensures that I already have WEEKS with the same complaints and that I have to wait days / work every time until the next step can be taken. Acting quickly is not an option in this practice. Now that they are also renovating the practice, this is a large construction site and you can barely understand your doctor because of the construction noises. Worst customer service ever.

wij zijn gewisseld binnen tilburg naar deze huisarts nooit problemen gehad tot nu toe altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam gemakkelijk via online een afspraak te maken bij arts na keuze (nu doet de online afsprakensysteem het niet i.v.m covid) maar je belt ff en krijgt een vriendelijke assistente
we have switched to this doctor within tilburg never had any problems so far always friendly and helpful easy to make an appointment online with a doctor of your choice (now the online appointment system does not work due to covid) but you call ff and get a friendly assistant

Zeer fijne praktijk. Ben hier inmiddels al 10-tal keer geweest voor zowel mijzelf als mijn kinderen. Alle keren vriendelijk geholpen en met een goed gevoel naar buiten gelopen. De wachttijd is soms wat lang, maar niet langer dan mijn vorige huisartsen. Mooi nieuw pand en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er bevindt zich ook een apotheek in het gebouw, dit is erg handig!
Very nice practice. Have been here 10 times now for both myself and my children. Helped every time and walked out with a good feeling. The waiting time is sometimes a bit long, but no longer than my previous GPs. Beautiful new building and fully equipped. There is also a pharmacy in the building which is very handy!

Bad appointment system which only accept phone call appointments. Stupid customer service who didn't reply email the second time.

Not enough assistants. U must wait a very long time on the line until you get the one and only assistant then you must wait again while she attends to people standing in front of her.

Please DO NOT even bother to enter it. It is certainly THE WORST practice I have ever been to. The service is horrible, the workers are extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. I have been 5 times all of them in which I just walked out extremely shocked of how badly I had been treated. Moreover, they make you wait and when you finally get them to assist you, they tell you to come another day to make an appointment. Interestingly enough, you cannot make appointments beforehand, which still makes me wonder how it works, as every time that I asked them they just shrugged their shoulders and said "that's how we do it". In addition, they are extremely disorganized, I do not about other people, but I cannot trust a doctor if the practice is not organized. The doctor is anything but helpful. As an international student that has a European insurance, I had to pay 30 euros every time I entered his office, this is, although ridiculous, customary. What I do not find customary--and rightly so--is the lack of interest the doctor had on his patients and how useless he was, just as an example to illustrate my harsh claim, he was looking at my symptoms on google and on the internet. Completely absurd and insane. After an intense internet research, he just says that he cannot do anything and will send you back home. It appears unbelievable that they are still on business. I have been in doctor practices in many countries and have never been so disappointed and so badly treated. If you want to register to a doctor practice, find another one. DO NOT even bother to enter. I really hope they will change their ways in the future, for this is inadmissible.
