★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn moeder heeft hier een week gewoond en kan niets anders doen dan het personeel loven, zeer vriendelijk, nemen veel tijd voor de patiënt en familie.
Mooie locatie, rustig, schoon, mooie kamers.
Kan het zeker aanbevelen indien men een hospice nodig heeft.

My mom has lived here for a week and cannot do anything other than praise the staff, very friendly, take a lot of time for the patient and family.
Nice location, quiet, clean, nice rooms.
Can definitely recommend if you need a hospice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thuis van Leeghwater doet zijn naam eer aan.
Het is met recht een thuis. De coordinatrices zijn hoogst professioneel, en werken daarbij met een evenredige portie hart en liefde! Zij verliezen geen moment de belangen van zowel de gast en diens naasten, als ook van het huis en personeel/verpleging/vrijwilligers uit het oog en weten deze naadloos op elkaar af te stemmen.
Het hele team is compleet afgestemd op mensen in de laatste levensfase.
Mijn ervaring is; mijn moeder heeft haar laatste 8 dagen van haar leven mogen meemaken hoe een vorst leeft! Een prachtige schone kamer met eigen badkamer en tuintje. Dag en nacht staat er iemand met een glimlach klaar, om de wens van dat moment in te willigen. Is het er niet, dan wordt het direct geregeld.
Ondanks al haar pijn, heeft mijn moeder haar laatste adem compleet ontspannen losgelaten.
Wij, als familie, zijn net zo goed begeleidt van begin tot eind. Geweldige steun, zeer goede voorlichting.
De uitgeleide van het team was prachtig en persoonlijk. Net als hele verblijf eigenlijk.
In het Thuis van Leeghwater krijgt zorg ineens een hele andere betekenis. Een ECHTE betekenis.
Ik hoop dat als mijn tijd komt, en ik net als mijn moeder weiger om in een bejaardentehuis en co terecht te komen, dat ik ook een thuis vind zoals Thuis van Leegwater en vooral; zo'n geweldig liefdevol team!
Home of Leeghwater lives up to its name.
It is truly home. The coordinators are highly professional, and work with a proportional portion of heart and love! They never lose sight of the interests of the guest and their loved ones, as well as of the house and staff / nursing / volunteers and know how to harmonize them seamlessly.
The entire team is completely attuned to people in the final stage of life.
My experience is; my mother was able to experience the last 8 days of her life how a monarch lives! A beautiful clean room with private bathroom and small garden. Day and night someone is ready with a smile to grant the wish of that moment. If it is not there, it will be arranged immediately.
Despite all her pain, my mother released her last breath completely relaxed.
We, as a family, are guided just as well from start to finish. Great support, very good information.
The team's escort was wonderful and personal. Just like the whole stay, actually.
In the Home of Leeghwater, care suddenly takes on a completely different meaning. A REAL meaning.
I hope that when my time comes, and I, like my mother, refuse to end up in a retirement home and co, that I will also find a home such as Thuis van Leegwater and especially; such a great loving team!
