★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel. Clean and pleasant rooms, with super comfortable bed and clean linen. Very good quiet place with welcoming and helpful staff, only a few steps ahead from the stunning historical centre of Valkensburg. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hotel a week ago for 1 night (2 couples/2 rooms) one room was according to them, SMALL but it was tiny, the bed was not reachable from both sides and was made rather "UNIQUE" (see picture, was made horizontal).
Both bedrooms were clean but that was it, the pictures were not hanging straight and everything was outdated. Both bathrooms in the rooms were more then outdated, like you open the door and like damn, time stopped 60 years ago, felt like staying at at my grandparents. Toilet was not cleaned well and the hairdryer didn't work, towels were questionable, didn't take a shower.
The crazy thing is when you look at the site you see amazing rooms with fire places and nicely decorated, those are probably there, maybe they renovated those rooms.
The walls are very thin you can hear everything.
The hotel doesn't deserve the 4 stars it has.
If you don't care about all of this, I must admit the personal is friendly, and the location is 10/10 but I will not come back rather book another hotel in downtown Valkenburg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is very close to Valkenburg Caves, Castle ruins and the centrum. Just 12 minutes away from the train station by walking. Staff is very helpful. Despite i arrived 3 hours earlier than the check in time, they arranged it quickly and i was in my room just in 5 minutes! They also upgraded my room to a bigger one without an extra cost. Car park, breakfast is available. They also provide free tea and coffee at the lobby.
