J	Jasper de Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een heel fijn hotel en het is er erg rustig. Mooie uitvalbasis om te wandelen en of fietsen. De familie die het hotel runt is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is ook goed, al leek de vloerbedekking redelijk oud/vlekken. Wat wij persoonlijk ook minder vonden was dat bij half pension of arrangement je geen keuze hebt bij het diner, je kan alleen vooraf aangeven of je iets niet lust. Maar of je wel of geen trek in iets hebt maakt dan weinig uit. Het ontbijt was erg goed en ruime keuze. It is a very nice hotel and it is very quiet. Nice base for walking and or cycling. The family who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room is also good, though the carpeting looked quite old/stained. What we personally found less was that with half board or package you have no choice at dinner, you can only indicate in advance whether you do not like something. But it doesn't matter whether you are into something or not. The breakfast was very good and wide choice.
M	Michiel Werkman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prijs en prestatie zijn weliswaar in evenwicht maar....., schimmel in de voegen in de doucheruimte...., dat is gewoon echt NIET GOED. Overigens was onze kamer verder proper. Meer aandacht voor het sanitair is, dus, wenselijk. De bedden zijn wat aan de zachte kant maar liggen heel comfortabel. Airco op de kamer hadden wij in november niet nodig maar die kan best aangenaam zijn in de zomer lijkt mij. De rustige ligging en ruime parkeergelegenheid zijn zeker een pré. Bij halfpension een (overigens best smakelijk!) menu serveren maar zonder vooraf even de vraag of je wellicht iets niet lust of niet mag eten en de gerechten alleen met een 'smakelijk eten' serveren zonder enige toelichting. Tja, dat mag, nee dat moet, echt beter kunnen voor een hogere gastbeleving. Bij fietsers- of wandelarrangement krijg je een rugzakje met een echt compleet en smakelijk lunchpakketje voor twee mee. Top! Overigens zien de bar en het restaurant er ook pico bello uit en met het goed voorziene ontbijtbuffet zit het bij de dagstart ook wel snor. Alleen jammer dat bij het uitchecken niet naar onze ervaringen werd gevraagd. Dan hadden wij het voorgaande ook even mondeling kunnen toelichten. Price and performance are in balance but....., mold in the joints in the shower room...., that's just NOT GOOD. Our room was otherwise clean. More attention to sanitary facilities is therefore desirable. The beds are a bit on the soft side but very comfortable. We didn't need air conditioning in the room in November, but I think it can be quite pleasant in the summer. The quiet location and ample parking are certainly an advantage. With half-board, serve a (quite tasty!) menu, but without first asking whether you may or may not like something to eat and only serve the dishes with 'tasty food' without any explanation. Well, that's allowed, no, that should really be improved for a higher guest experience. With a cycling or walking package you will receive a backpack with a really complete and tasty packed lunch for two. Top! Incidentally, the bar and restaurant also look pico bello and with the well-stocked breakfast buffet, it is also a must at the start of the day. Just a pity that when checking out we were not asked about our experience. Then we could also have explained the foregoing verbally.

We had a double bed, and it was just 140cm—also very soft matrasses. Really a point of attention to improve, in our opinion.
