★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas konden we er door stormschade niet overnachten. We wensende eigenaren veel succes met het herstel zodat ze snel weer open kunnen. We hebben er nog wel prima gegeten en het regelen van een alternatief adres geen erg soepel en prfessioneel.
 Unfortunately we couldn't stay overnight due to storm damage. We wish the owners good luck with the recovery so they can open again soon. We still had a good meal there and arranging an alternative address was not very smooth and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor het werk bij Hotel de Foreesten terecht gekomen omdat het veruit de goedkoopste was.
Ik had een prima 1 persoons kamertje met een goed bed en een nette douche.
Wat ideaal is dat er in het hotel een was en kook gelegenheid is, voor(top) sporters ideaal, omdat je toch vaak genoeg hebt aan rijst of pasta ;) .
Het ontbijt is gewoon prima, geen fancy gedoe maar oké.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en informeel dit zorgt er voor dat je je snel thuis voelt in het hotel.
Ideale locatie om vanuit te gaan fietsen op de #mountainbike #gravelbike #racefiets
Ik kom hier zeker terug.
Ended up at Hotel de Foreesten for work because it was by far the cheapest.
I had a fine single room with a good bed and a decent shower.
What is ideal is that there is a laundry and cooking facility in the hotel, ideal for (top) athletes, because rice or pasta is often enough ;) .
The breakfast is just fine, no fancy fuss but ok.
The staff is friendly and informal, this ensures that you quickly feel at home in the hotel.
Ideal location to start cycling on the #mountainbike #gravelbike #racing bike
I will definitely come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was of good quality but lodging was pretty basic and rooms are outdated. The staff was very helpful and the stay was in general pleasant. The nature in the surroundings is beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet stay to enjoy the nature you are at the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was fairly priced and the location in Vierhouten was very nice. Unfortunately the lack of staff and the efficiency of the available staff caused long waiting times and people being sent away with to various reasons (overhearing the two waitresses explaining the workload caused them to refuse new customers) it was a beautiful day and a lot of potential customers were lost due to poor staffing.
