★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Hotel, lovely location, friendly staff (especially Max - great service over the phone even better in person), beautiful rooms with amazing mind-blowing views. To cap it all, Dinner with a view over Eindhoven and the buffet breakfast was lovely.
Couldn't ask for a better stay! definitely worth staying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel in my opinion is not a 5 star hotel. However, it was clean and functional. Has a feel of being primarily a business travellers hotel.
The staff that I encountered were perfunctory yet efficient in their performance.
The location is very convenient to Eindhoven's Centraal (train) Station (250 metre walk) and to shops, bars and restaurants. I would stay again if passing through Eindhoven or on business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bit expensive but amenities are good. Staffs are super friendly and caring ! Been twice here and liked it very much. Breakfast options are great with continental and hot dishes menu amazing start to a pleasant day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and served in the room at our chosen time with a great variety of items. Also the burger I've ordered for dinner was amazing. Everyone was really nice and helpful, always checking to make sure everything was ok. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable and big. The game and movie room were nice as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to conclude that the hotel doesn’t match 5 star status. I stayed in this hotel 28-29 okt 2021 at room 515. To my surprise there were no towels at all in the room. I was already in the shower when I realized that. Showering was unpleasant nevertheless to say.
Furthermore when I visited their sky bar that evening while considering to have my dinner there and take some photos of the beautiful view, I was asked to leave by the manager because she said I was disturbing the guests eating there. I was a hotel guest there. There were only two guests eating there, and I am pretty sure the guests were not bothered by my presence. I was two tables away from them and I was in proper office wear. I was not making any noise, walking politely and with proper manners. Unfortunately the harsh tone the manager used when talking to me made me felt very unwelcome, and that I was inappropriate for their posh restaurant. That’s extremely appalling service to the hotel guests living there.
In the morning when I tried to explain the towels issue, the receptionist didn’t attend to my request seriously. She didn’t offer any solution or any apologies. The least this hotel could do is to offer to contact me for a solution. I didn’t feel valued as a guest at all at this hotel. Up till now I heard nothing from them, despite this review and emails to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place, very comfortable and nicely designed. Good food for the room service, although the options were limited. Charges a deposit which we were not informed of beforehand. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and when the door from the next room was closed, the TV trembled and we could hear everything they said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was wonderful with impeccable service. I'd definitely recommend staying there, while in Eindhoven. It is right in the city center and within walking distance to the Eindhoven Central Station and a large supermarket. Area around is safe and well maintained and enjoyable. :)
