★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff...nice ambient.... surrounded by nature.... The Samen restaurant also very nice...good food.. plenty of local visit this restaurant for dinner....
Comfy room..clean..just to make you guys acknowledge...ther is no Air-cond....but this due to Holland rarely have hot weather...but this 2018 summer here really hot..31°C day time...but it'll cold at night time...18°C to 20°C
So as conclusion Umberto is a cozy hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice hotel with very friendly staff. Stylish lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately are the rooms a bit old and need to be refreshed but very clean. They also offer WLAN for free but in some rooms is no signal. It is ok overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m here right now. Beds are ok for the price. Rooms also fine for a night but it’s 00:30 and the music is loud in the restaurant that we can’t sleep. During check in, they just handed us the key. No hello. No taking information, credit card, no telling us about breakfast. Horrid unfriendly staff.
