Mij geadviseerd voortaan maar elders mijn nagels te laten doen. Voor ons dus geen house of beauty maar house of desillusie. Verder hou ik de eer aan mijzelf. Very unprofessional unkind German lady! Don't let your hair down and refuse to give in if she hasn't done her job properly. Advised me to have my nails done elsewhere from now on. So for us no house of beauty, but house or disillusionment. Furthermore, I keep the honor to myself.

Nu wil ik meegeven dat de basis schoon is en er netjes wordt gewerkt. Maar de gastvrijheid heb ik het gevoel dat ik een gast ben op een feestje waar ik niemand ken. En dit maakt het soms wat ongemakkelijk. Ik heb vele dames gezien in de afgelopen tijd en volgens mij zijn ze allemaal in opleiding behalve de eigenaresse. Hoewel ik het de meiden gun is dit voor mij geen fijn gevoel omdat ik niet weet of ze verder kijken dan ik ze vertel. En de kwaliteit per behandeling verschilt per dame. Nu heb ik thuis toch nog evens een vijl op mijn nagels gezet. Want er zat een hoekje aan die ik voelde en zij had kunnen zien. De kwaliteit van hun nagel-/eeltfrees is nog steeds en probleem en is duidelijk een ergenis bij het personeel. Ik heb voor nog een keer een afspraak gemaakt, maar dan kijk ik toch nog even of er nog andere opties zijn. I have been coming here for my feet every now and then for years and have visited me twice to make my legs wax. Now I want to say that the base is clean and that work is done properly. But the hospitality makes me feel like I'm a guest at a party where I don't know anyone. And this sometimes makes it a bit uncomfortable. I have seen many ladies in recent times and I think they are all in training except the owner. Although I like the girls, this is not a good feeling for me because I don't know if they look further than I tell them. And the quality per treatment differs per lady. Now I still have a file on my nails at home. Because there was a corner that I felt and she could have seen. The quality of their nail / callus cutter is still a problem and is clearly an annoyance among the staff. I made an appointment for another time, but then I still check if there are other options.
L	Liza Braaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er wordt totaal niks gedaan met klachten door de eigenaresse. Ook niet als je al jaren klant bent. Eigenlijk is een klacht gewoon je eigen schuld hier. Ik ben blij dat ik na al die jaren overgestapt ben naar een salon waar ze je als persoon behandelen ipv als portemonnee. There is absolutely nothing done with complaints by the owner. Even if you have been a customer for years. Actually, a complaint is just your own fault here. I am glad that after all these years I switched to a salon where they treat you as a person instead of a wallet.

F	FABIO BARRETA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done acrylic nails manicure and gel polish pedicure which was very unprofessional, Alexandra did the treatment for me , she doesn’t follow the way that I requested , highly don’t recommend this place , she even didn’t clean the table that the previous customer had treatment during corona . She charged the price of new set even she did not used new set just applied acrylic powder . There are space between my own finger nail and acrylic material . My pedicure treatment experience was also awful.
