Initially you are assigned a personal shopper that walks you through your measurements, preferences and other requirements you may have. With this your personal shopper goes shopping for you. You can choose the type of garments and the size of a box (amount of items) you wish to receive every time.
And if you want to return or exchange anything it's made very easy for you.
