Het kromme lepelmes heeft meteen boven het heft een gladde ronde versmalling in het lemmet waarin je makkelijk je vinger kunt houden. Het rechte dat ik bij hem gekocht heb, heeft een hol geslepen vouw, zeer scherp en makkelijk om te slijpen en te wetten. Zeer goede kwaliteit staal.
