Wanneer je eenmaal iets afgenomen hebt en het klopt niet is de medewerking erg slecht en kan je bijna niet meer terug. Ze denken niet vanuit de klant en willen niet met een oplossing komen. In mijn geval willen ze niet meedenken en het artikel niet retour nemen waardoor ik een compleet nieuw model moet aanschaffen. Dat is enorm vervelend en gooi ik zomaar €700,- euro weg, helaas. Dus zorg dat je geen problemen krijgt want je kan niet meer terug. Organization provides good material but beware of service. Once you have taken something and it is not right, the cooperation is very poor and you can hardly go back. They do not think from the customer's point of view and do not want to come up with a solution. In my case, they do not want to think along and do not take the item back, so I have to purchase a completely new model. That is very annoying and I just throw €700 away, unfortunately. So make sure you don't get in trouble because you can't go back.

Let wel, tenzij ze het in stock hebben is de leverperiode wel tussen 2 weken - 2 maanden. Maar de kwaliteit maakt het wachten waard. But the quality makes it worth the wait.

They said that because the item is so complex I would need to send it by mail to them. Considering the poor communication I decided not to send anything. Lately they started measuring themselves. So I booked a measurment appointment. Not even a confirmation email. When I called, I was told that gentleman is too busy. Guys, your advertisiment is everywhere. Why not spend a little less on ads and add a body or two to communicate with people? Part 2. Gentleman showed up and took the handrail with him. After 1.5 months I received both old and new banisters together. They were different. Even packaged together. This is embarassing. Do yourselves a favor and don't work with these people. They are either crooks or don't know what they are doing
