Na wat problemen met toelevering van betonpalen een snelle afhandeling van de bestelling. Na uitwerken hout wordt het geheel nog afgewerkt met antraciete bovenbalk.

Goede en snelle service en de prijs is ook prima! Toen er 2 planken iets gebarsten bleken te zijn mochten we zo 2 nieuwe planken mee nemen. De bloembakken op de foto zijn het resultaat geworden :)

Snelle service en je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden van je bestelling. Ik zou hier zeker vaker bestellen.

Super hout . Heb er een mooie schuur van kunnen bouwen, de puntjes moeten nog op de i (er komt nog een overkapping aan vast) maar ik heb alvast een heerlijke ruime schuur dankzij 24hout Snelle levering en goeie kwaliteit

Goed advies gekregen en netjes op tijd geleverd. Volledige pallet van 126 vlonderplanken 3.05 meter afgenomen wat qua prijs gunstiger uitkwam en me wat spare planken opleverde.

Ben een groot project gestart om vlonder en steiger opnieuw aan te leggen. Tekening met toelichting aan Houthandel toegestuurd en er werd meteen goed mee gedacht en voorstellen gedaan. Hier kon ik houtcomposietplanken en regels van voldoende lengte krijgen om zonder naden te kunnen werken. Uiteindelijk alle materialen besteld. Werden keurig op tijd afgeleverd. En dan 3 weken aan de slag met resultaat naar volle tevredenheid.

Unfortunately I'm not satisfied with this webshop. I rarely give bad feedback, but here is a fair review that I advise you to consider before placing an order. First - positive points: 1/ Deliver & order - FAST. that's positive. It's according to the current standards. It took a few days only before delivery completion. 2/ Delivery itself - went well. competent transport company. 3/ Stocks - while apparently the webshop has no stocks on its own, I ordered for a large quantity and delivery was possible without extra delays. Price is OK - not the cheapest (see makroshop.be, and you'll understand, and there are others even cheaper), but not the most expensive surely. However, I have 2 main issues which led to this negative review: 1/ Quality of the products - be careful. I did not openly complained, as I understood quickly that they will just hide themselves behind some clauses,... but the reality is that there are quite a few items I can't use. Curved azobe beams (trying to get them right is long process), See pictures attached. deep scratches in terrace board (no bare feet on it, if you install that!). Maybe this is 'normal', but it's not what I was expecting and not what I can use. I did not ask for refund to avoid long discussions and was ready to pay the full price for purchasing new items, but this did not happen as expected, see (2). 2/ Because of this and missing items (this always happens...) I had to make an additional order. I initially ordered for 4500€ of wood and had to order for 500€ more. I wanted to pickup the missing items to avoid transport costs. But to my surprise the temporary impossibility to pickup any item is not really temporary. I came to learn that earliest this will be possible will be in Sept, but there are no guarantee. I asked for alternatives (delivery somewhere else and I'll pick up, whatever...) - and there are strictly no option offered. Only possibility for me is to pay for transport costs (which are really high), whereas, with 2 orders, I was 5 times over free transport costs. That's really not commercial, certainly knowing that the main trigger for this re-order is the quality of the delivered products and all other wood webshops offer pickup options. SO unless you don't care about quality and you are sure you won't need to reorder below the 1000€ threshold, don't go for hardhouthandel.nl!
