r	rob van hest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht aangelegde goot waardoor lekkage ontstond werd afgeschoven op de installatie van onze zonnepanelen terwijl het volgens extern geraadpleegde deskundigen onbetwist een constructiefout is. Ook via @Bouwgarant is HSB niet te bewegen, een garantie van niks dus. Reparatie hebben we uiteindelijk nu zelf geregeld en betaald ! Schandalig ! Poorly constructed gutter causing leakage was pushed onto the installation of our solar panels, while according to externally consulted experts it is undoubtedly a construction error. HSB is also not movable via @Bouwgarant, so a guarantee of nothing. We have now arranged and paid for repairs ourselves! Scandalous !
P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HSB legt niet voor niets de nadruk op "betrokken bouwers", als onderdeel van deze organisatie voel ik me gezien, gehoord en waar nodig geholpen. Ik vind het een prettig bedrijf om bij te werken en vind de actieve verkenning in ecologisch bouwen en circulariteit een heel goede ontwikkeling! It is not for nothing that HSB emphasizes "involved builders", as part of this organization I feel seen, heard and helped where necessary. I find it a pleasant company to work for and the active exploration in ecological construction and circularity is a very good development!

Kopersbegeleider, het woord zegt het al het begeleiden van kopers, minimaal, vanwege de corona is alles digitaal, wat ik helemaal snap. Zelf digitaal te lui om fatsoenlijk antwoord te geven. Zeer ontevreden, heb hiervoor woning aangekocht bij andere aannemer. Wat een verschil. Als ik ooit een huis moet aankopen is het zeker niet bij HSB Unfortunately bought a new home. Buyer's guide, the word says it all guiding buyers, at least, because of the corona everything is digital, which I completely understand. Too lazy to give a decent answer myself. Very dissatisfied, bought a house for this from another contractor. What a difference. If I ever have to buy a house, it will certainly not be at HSB

J	Joost Janson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hsb heeft onze nieuwbouwwoning gebouwd. Op zich is het redelijk gedaan en is over de woning in ons geval weinig te klagen. Echter als je dan wel iets aangeeft wat niet goed is geven ze niet thuis. Je blijft bellen en mailen en na een half jaar is het nog steeds niet goed geregeld. Dit lijkt het motto van het bedrijf; als je het maar lang genoeg negeert gaan mensen het zelf wel oplossen, want dat gaat sneller. Erg jammer en zonde, want als ze dit stuk zouden oppakken denk ik dat het best een goede bouwer zou zijn. Hsb has built our new-build home. In itself it is reasonably done and there is little to complain about the house in our case. However, if you do indicate something that is not good, they will not give it home. You keep calling and e-mailing and after six months it is still not properly arranged. This seems to be the company motto; if you ignore it long enough, people will solve it themselves, because that goes faster. Very unfortunate and a shame, because if they would pick up this piece I think it would be quite a good builder.

Al tijdens de bouw weinig tot geen respons op je verzoeken/vragen. En nu de bouw klaar is en je het via vastgoedzorg moet doen.....wordt het alleen nog maar dramatischer. Dus wees gewaarschuwd als je een woning wil kopen bij HSB Worst construction company ever!! Leave us without explanation of underfloor heating and solar panels. Even during construction little to no response to your requests/questions. And now that the construction is finished and you have to do it through real estate care..... it only gets more dramatic. So be warned if you want to buy a home at HSB
m	marcel koopman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werken met goedkope werknemers. Word niet geluisterd naar problemen. Uitvoerder spelen verstoppertje in de keet als er problemen zijn. Working with cheap workers. Don't listen to problems. Foreman play hide and seek in the shack when there are problems.
