Trainers decide responsibly about participation in regattas based on their level of performance. Internally, information is provided about any training cancellations. Nobody is marginalized by anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine kleine Tochter wurde in dieser Kanu-Abteilung von Trainerin Ferres ausgegrenzt! Oft fuhren wir auch zum Training an und dann fand es kurzfristig nicht statt. Von Wettkämpfe wurde sie ausgeschlossen, obwohl sie nachweislich weit leistungsstärker als Gleichaltrige ist/war. Oft wurden wir belogen, dass keine Wettkämpfe stattfinden würden, wonach beim nächsten Training über den Wettkampf am vergangenen Wochenende frech vor uns geflachst wurde. Unsere Tochter war immer anständig und wir wissen nicht, warum ihr diese Feindseligkeit von der Trainerin entgegengebracht wurde.
My little daughter was marginalized in this canoe department by trainer Ferres! We often drove to training and then it didn't take place at short notice. She was excluded from competitions, although it can be proven that she is / was far more powerful than her peers. We were often lied to that no competitions were going to take place, after which we were cheekily laughed at the next training session about the competition last weekend. Our daughter has always been decent and we don't know why the trainer showed her this hostility.

Ein junges und sehr engagiertes Trainerteam sorgt für einen zuverlässigen Trainingsbetrieb. Die Sportler werden entsprechend ihrem Leistungsstand gefördert und gefordert. Der Spaß kommt ebenfalls nicht zu kurz :-)
Well structured club, with a lot of experience in kayak racing.
A young and very committed team of trainers ensures reliable training. The athletes are encouraged and challenged according to their level of performance. The fun is not neglected either :-)
