★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel je dinsdag op om een afspraak te maken, zegt een antwoordapparaat dat je wordt doorverbonden naar een andere vestiging. Daar vertelt een medewerker (na 15 min. in de wacht hebben gestaan) dat ik op z'n vroegst donderdag nog maar een keer moet proberen omdat iedereen (!) in Nijmegen ziek zou zijn......... Daar wordt je toch ziek van ;-)?
If you call on Tuesday to make an appointment, an answering machine says that you will be transferred to another location. There an employee tells (after being on hold for 15 minutes) that I should try again at the earliest on Thursday because everyone (!) In Nijmegen would be sick ......... you sick of it ;-)?
