M	MrGn8 X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saubere, nicht überfüllte und pünktliche Busse. Ticketautomaten in den Trams. Unkomplizierte App zum Ticket bestellen. Sitz mit mehr Beinfreiheit sind super. Preise sind ok. Die Trams sind teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Clean, not crowded and punctual buses. Ticket machines in the trams. Easy app to order ticket. Seat with more legroom are awesome. Prices are ok. The trams are partly a bit older.

Terwijl je dus nog met gemak mee had gekunnen... aso's zijn het. Always nice when they see you running and have eye contact with the driver. Il personale è perlopiù maleducato ed arrogante, mentre molti tram e bus appaiono sporchi e trasandati. Per completare il tutto le tariffe sono ben più alte di molte altre città in europee e non solo. Infine vi sono solo pochi punti di ricarica della OV chipkaart, tessera utilizzata per viaggiare nei mezzi di trasporto pubblici olandesi. One of the worst public transport companies in the world. Trams and buses to a big city like Den Haag have ridiculous frequencies and are often late. The staff are mostly rude and arrogant, while many trams and buses appear dirty and unkempt. To top it all, the rates are much higher than many other cities in Europe and beyond. Finally, there are only a few charging points for the OV chipkaart, a card used to travel on Dutch public transport.

HTM vestiging vind je buiten rechts van de hoofdingang onder de overkapping tussen de winkels van ETOS en Smullers. Friendly staff member helps me expertly with information about an OV chip card for a family member who is going to stay temporarily in the Netherlands from abroad. You can find the HTM location outside to the right of the main entrance under the canopy between the stores of ETOS and Smullers.
L	Le We on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional! Staff sold wrong tickets! (Dayticket for Rotterdam instead of Den Haag). Instead of scanning those tickets and giving a refund staff made wild accuses of us lying. When filing a complaint online, we just got the Info to get those tickets scanned/checked for usage. But that can only be done in one of their services centers like this. Ridiculous! We left it like that. Blew rb. 17 Euros but still had a lovely trip in the Netherlands.
E	Elke Verschooten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ableist bus drivers! The amount of times the bus driver starts driving before I'm seated is astounding. Today a bus driver tried to close a door on me while getting out of the bus. I have a Walker, I have mobility issues. How dare you treat someone like that?
