Il personale è perlopiù maleducato ed arrogante, mentre molti tram e bus appaiono sporchi e trasandati. Per completare il tutto le tariffe sono ben più alte di molte altre città in europee e non solo. Infine vi sono solo pochi punti di ricarica della OV chipkaart, tessera utilizzata per viaggiare nei mezzi di trasporto pubblici olandesi. One of the worst public transport companies in the world.
