Ons verhaalHua Hin is een authentieke Thais restaurant in Rotterdam. Wij serveren al 12 jaar het beste van de Thaise traditionele gerechten voor een scherpe prijs. Bij ons kunt u genieten van veel gastvrijheid, gezelligheid en een persoonlijke service.
Wij zijn maandag en woensdag t/m zondag geopend van 16.30 tot 22.00 en verwelkomen u graag in het gezelligste Thaise restaurant aan de Oudedijk in Kralingen voor een late lunch of een heerlijke diner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the staff were efficient for takeaway and the service was very fast. The portions were large... Mine served as two meals. The food was... fine. I'm sorry to say that the standards for Thai food are now very high, and the taste at Hua Hin was a bit below what I expect. But as I say, it was fine.

Their response was, “we are just busy and the food will come soon.” Another hour goes by and still nothing and the restaurant is now closed, they aren’t answering our calls and the thuisbezorgd app says we’ve received our food. I’m very unhappy that we patiently waited only to receive nothing. It’s unfortunate as they had good reviews, none the less, we do not recommend this restaurant.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the ambiance is nice (they opted for a more modern look rather than a traditional one – which works quite nicely), and the menu they put together works. The food is really tasty, although some of our dishes –mainly the Pad Thai– was a little cold because they had to serve so many dishes at once (see picture). Nothing too serious, but I would've loved if it were a little more hot. Toilets are really clean. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order here through Uber or Thuisbezorgd. We waited more than 2 hours. Actually went out the house to ask about our order and they said it was already on the way. After 2.5 hours it said delivered. We go back and they say they never got the order? So what? You didn't check well the first time? And the whole reason we went there twice is because they do not pick up the phone. If you want a relaxed dinner at home and want your food to come I don't suggest you order here. I can't even judge the food because I was so hungry I went ahead and ate soup!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give it 3.5 stars if possible. Nicely decorated restaurant with an interesting menu. The chicken wrapped in bananaleaf starter was quite dry sadly and the papaya salad did not taste as fresh as I'm used to. The main course, spicy beef and duck were quite good though, even though the duck wasn't spicy in the slightest. Not a bad place to eat at all, but some dishes could do with some flavour balancing.
