Ik ben onlangs bij de Hubo geweest voor een roede, zodat ik de kleertjes van de baby zou kunnen hangen. Toen ik vroeg of dit op maat gezaagd zou kunnen worden (tegen betaling), werd er gezegd dat je dit makkelijk zelf kan doen met een ijzerzaag. (Gek dat er niet begrepen wordt dat er een reden is waarom ik dit vraag). Dus nu, met veel gevloek en pijn is t gelukt! Thanks Hubo, fijne start van mijn week. 7 months pregnant and as one of the ailments terribly suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. Aan de telefoon heb ik meermaals uitgelegd dat ik niet aan online zaken doe. Ik hang dan dus aan de telefoon! En krijg dan te horen dat ik mijn bestelling via een e mail moet plaatsen. Kijk... ik snap ook wel dat alle bedrijven mijn e mail willen. Maar ik voel die behoefte niet. Mijn bestelling is nu geplaatst bij een ander bedrijf. Hetzelfde product. Dezelfde prijs. Ik kan het nog ouderwets betalen. En het wordt aan huis afgeleverd. Ik hoef er de deur niet eens hoor uit. Dat heet klantgerichte service HUBO! I wanted to order something from their range.
