G	Gerard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb 8 april een plissé hordeur ter reparatie aangeboden,bij inlevering deur met moeite bewijs afgifte gekregen, had hij nog nooit gedaan, etelijke keren gebeld of deur terug was van reparatie, etelijke redenen waarom het er nog niet was,op 5 mei gebeld, antwoord wordt vanzelf gebeld als het klaar was. Uiteindelijk " de baas" aan de telefoon gehad, op 5 mei,die ging er achteraan, belde even later dat bedrijf gesloten was ivm 5 mei maar zou mij 6 mei terug bellen,niet dus,heb gebeld naar Hubo didam en naar Niels gevraagd( de baas), maar die had een vrije dag!! Wordt ik nu aan het lijntje gehouden of niet??? Dit is eerste keer dat ik iets hier in Didam bij Hubo last doen,maar de servic is pet tot nu toe daarom 2 sterren I offered a pleated screen door for repair on 8 April, received proof with difficulty when returning the door, had it never done so, called several times or the door was back from repair, for various reasons why it was not there yet, called on 5 May, answer will be called automatically when it was done. Finally had "the boss" on the phone, on May 5, he went after it, called a little later that the company was closed due to May 5, but would call me back on May 6, not so, I called Hubo didam and asked for Niels ( the boss), but he had a day off !! Am I kept on a leash or not ??? This is first time I do something last here in Didam at Hubo, but the servic is pet so far therefore 2 stars

H	Herman Nagel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het leek een prima bouwmarkt mrt uitstekende service van de medewerker(s). Helaas werd de gemaakte afspraak tot op de dag van vandaag niet nagekomen. Voor ons geen Hubo meer. It seemed like a great hardware store with excellent service from the employee(s). Unfortunately, the appointment made has not been fulfilled to this day. No more Hubo for us.
