Hier wird nur Fleisch und daraus gemachte Produkte von artgerecht gehaltenen Tieren verkauft. Es gibt nicht immer alles, deswegen empfiehlt es sich vorher telefonisch anzufragen was da ist. Die Eheleute sind sehr nett und mit Herzblut dabei.
Smaller private butcher's shop owned by the Bossmann couple.
Only meat and products made from it from animals that are kept in a species-appropriate manner are sold here. There is not always everything, so it is advisable to inquire by phone beforehand what is there. The couple are very nice and put their heart and soul into it.
