Beter huis werkt niet mee aan een probleemoplossing maar dreigt na enige tijd met incassoprocedure van de 20% die ik heb achtergehouden. Dit na afspraak met 1 van de eigenaars die ter plekke kwam en alle begrip leek te hebben. Kwamen we uit bij beterhuis na een aantal keer contact te hebben gehad lag deze offerte het dicht bij onze wensen. Op de dag van de uitvoering kwamen er 2 mannen netjes gekleed in bedrijfskleding Namen kort met ons de offerte door wat ze precies gingen doen mijn vrouw was nogal angstig voor het vrij komen van stof ivm met boringen geen probleem zeiden ze er kwam een grote stofzuiger na binnen vloer en muren werden netjes afgeplakt en ze begonnen. De afspraak met eigenaar Gerard Valentijn om een inspectie te doen van onze open haard was hij vergeten en kwam hij uiteindelijk veel te laat. Op de tweede afspraak waarbij ons rookkanaal zou worden geïnspecteerd is hij met zijn team überhaupt nooit komen opdagen. Hij heeft daarna ook nooit meer de telefoon opgenomen, e-mails beantwoord of gereageerd op Whatsapp berichten. Ik zou u met klem afraden met dit bedrijf te werken. Erg onbeschoft en onbetrouwbaar. At the second appointment where our flue was to be inspected, he and his team never showed up at all. He never picked up the phone, answered emails or responded to WhatsApp messages after that. I would strongly advise against working with this company. Very rude and unreliable.

De heer Valenteijn gaf ons het advies voor 3 windfree units. We hebben daarmee een behoorlijke installatie en die was in een dag geplaatst en goedwerkend. We zijn snel ingepland. Het waren nette monteurs werkend naar de wensen van de klant. Goede oplossing voor waterafvoer. We zijn zeer content met hoe de monteurs alles hebben afgeleverd! Een aanrader dus! Ik heb gelijk een offerte laten maken voor het plaatsen van een haard dan hebben we alles compleet! Wij raden dit bedrijf zeker aan! After receiving several offers, we chose this company. I immediately had a quote made for the installation of a fireplace, then we have everything complete! We definitely recommend this company!

I only had a working fireplace 3 months after the initial installation and then had to wait another 3 months for the final parts to be delivered. Excuses and silence throughout the process from Gerard. On top of this all, the installation was sloppy AF and I have an oddly-angled chimney. Really and truly, I'm not just being sour here - do not use this guy!
