★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly discourage people to use Dijkzicht as their main GP. What I really don't like: On the website, there are contact hours posted but apparently you can only reach them during certain moments in the day (why do you not post those on your website then?) Moreover, if you then do call, then the waiting time ALWAYS seems to be at least 10mins, more often it's much longer than that. Lastly, you can still not book appointments through the website. We are living in the 21st century - I can understand that there are certain clients who would like to have contact by phone which is great; but not everybody likes that; please put yourself in the shoes of your clients (and customers!) and really figure what they need. I guess you would run your business differently, dear Dijkzicht.
